Any disabled veterans with a diagnosed and documented, but unrated disability that they believe to be connected to their military service can pursue medical evidence for an initial claim through REE Medical.
Fully Developed Claims, like those REE Medical provides medical evidence for, can be made with 90 days or less of Active duty remaining. However, there is no time limit on filing a claim, so you may also file for VA benefits at any time following your discharge.
Like all of our services, disabled veterans are charged a flat rate for the Initial VA Disability Claims service. The cost will be explained up-front during a free consultation, and a payment plan may be available. We will never surprise you with hidden fees or take a commission from your potential future VA benefits.
Veterans with a distinct and separate disability benefit from their existing service-connected condition may be eligible for an Initial Claim. If a service-connected condition worsens or if there is a new condition related to a rated disability, an Increase Claim may be necessary.
