Use the form above to enroll in the REE Medical Referral Program. You’ll gain access to a private portal where you can find your unique referral link, monitor your referrals, and keep track of your rewards or discounts

Once you have registered with the REE Medical Referral program, you can share your unique referral link through social media, email, SMS, or in person. Each time a Veteran uses your referral link to sign up for one of our qualifying services, you’ll receive your designated reward or pass along the discount.
