Referral Giveaway: Official Rules
Participation in the Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Official Rules (“Official Rules”).
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN THE GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR LIKELIHOOD OF WINNING.
ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway begins 03/12/25 and ends 03/25/25. The winner will be selected within 30 days after the Giveaway ends (the “Giveaway Period”).

Each qualified referral is an entry. A qualified referral is a Veteran with a service-connected disability who utilizes the Referral Program member’s link (via their Referral Rock account) or assigned referral code to request a consultation with REE Medical. REE Medical must be able to make contact with the individual to confirm that they are qualified for REE Medical’s services as a Veteran with a service-connected disability.
Eligibility:
To participate in the Giveaway, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and have internet access at the start of the Giveaway. Employees, officers, and directors, and their immediate family members of the Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Individuals in all countries are eligible to enter. You must be signed up for REE Medical’s Referral Program via the Referral Rock platform, and all referred individuals must be submitted via your unique Referral Rock link or by providing your Referral Rock member code (via the REE Medical website consultation form or over the phone).
Prize:
YETI Cooler (or a $300 cash alternative). The winner may elect to take the cash alternative instead of the cooler. The Sponsor must be notified of the cash preference within 24 hours of accepting the prize. If the prize is not reasonably available, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
Winners agree to accept their prize “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Sponsor has the right to resolve any concerns, questions, or complaints related to the prizes in its sole discretion. Each winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, fees, and any other costs in connection with receipt of the prize.
Selection of Winner; Odds of Winning:
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries at the end of the Giveaway Period.
By participating in the Giveaway, you agree that the decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries (qualified referrals) received. PLEASE NOTE THAT EVEN IF YOUR ENTRY QUALIFIES YOU AS A POTENTIAL WINNER AT THE CLOSE OF THE GIVEAWAY, YOU HAVE NOT YET WON A PRIZE. POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND MUST MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS BEFORE AN ENTRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED AS A WINNER AND A PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED.
Notification:
The potential winner (the “Potential Winner”) will receive an email from the Sponsor within ten (10) business days following the expiration of the Giveaway Period. The Potential Winner will have seventy-two (72) hours from the initial message from the Sponsor to respond and claim their prize. If the Potential Winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, the Potential Winner will forfeit the prize, and the Sponsor will contact the next Potential Winner.
If within five (5) days of notification a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Official Rules or decline a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. The Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in its sole discretion from all eligible and qualified entries received in accordance with these Official Rules.
Distribution:
The prize will be delivered to the winner at their email address for virtual prizes or physical address for physical prizes. Void where prohibited by law. All risk of loss passes to the winner at the point of shipment.
Required Paperwork:
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, state of residence, personal information, and photographs for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Each potential prize winner may be required to provide supporting documents (such as a copy of the winner’s driver’s license or passport and tax-related documentation) in a form satisfactory to the Sponsor.
General Conditions:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Neither Sponsor nor its affiliates are responsible for misdirected or delayed mail or e-mail, telephone, telecommunications, hardware, or third-party software malfunctions. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.
All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Giveaway entrants, shall be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. All decisions of the Sponsor are final. The Sponsor reserves the right to change the Giveaway terms at any time and to cease the Giveaway at any time following the selection of a winner.
