Earn a $300 Cash Reward or Pass Along a $300 Discount for Each Veteran You Refer

You may choose to either receive a $300 cash reward, or “pay-it-forward” by passing along a $300 discount when a Veteran you refer signs up for our qualifying services — with no limit on the number of referrals you can make. If you opt for the cash reward option, referrals who signed up before June 27, 2025, are eligible for the previous $100 cash reward, while those who signed up on or after June 27th qualify for the new $300 cash reward. Use the form above to enroll in the REE Medical Referral Program. You’ll gain access to a private portal where you can find your unique referral link, monitor your referrals, and keep track of your rewards or discounts.

Once you have registered with the REE Medical Referral program, you can share your unique referral link through social media, email, SMS, or in person. Each time a Veteran uses your referral link to sign up for one of our qualifying services, you’ll receive your designated reward or pass along the discount.
