Meet Your Hosts

Nick Todd

Nick, a U.S. Coast Guard veteran and Director of Partnerships and Outreach at REE Medical, uses his own challenging experience with the VA disability process to advocate for and support fellow veterans. Before joining REE Medical, he served as Education Director at the USS Midway Museum, creating military history programs and earning national recognition with a VIP flight from the U.S. Navy Blue Angels. He also co-founded and hosts the Operation Onward Podcast, sharing veteran stories to highlight benefits, resources, and pathways for thriving in civilian life.

Nicola “Nic” is a passionate advocate for our nation’s heroes, proudly serving as the Outreach Specialist with REE Medical and co-host of Operation Onward. With a heart for service and a deep love for the Veteran community, Nic views her work as more than just a career – it is her calling. Whether she’s assisting Veterans with navigating the complexities of the VA claims process, or simply being a trusted source of support, Nic brings compassion, integrity, and joy to every step of the journey. Outside of work, Nic dedicates her time to volunteering with World War II, Vietnam, and Korean War Veterans, supporting the military community in her local area, or spending time outdoors with her family and friends in the beautiful mountains of Colorado.
