REE Medical Employee Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
The referring party (the “Member”) must be an active employee with REE Medical, LLC (“REE” or “REE Medical”) with an active REE Medical email address.
The Member must actively enroll by registration into the REE Medical Referral Program (the “Referral Program”).
Any Members serving in a Sales, Marketing, Client Experience, or Director and above based role will not be eligible for payment and auto enrolled into the “pay it forward” discount code option under this program.
Adjustments to eligibility and enrollment are subject to approval from C-suite, Human Resources, and the Compliance Department.
The Member must accept the Referral Program’s Terms and Conditions.
Program Rewards
Members can choose between either a $300 cash payout paid via payroll (less any applicable deductions) or a “pay it forward” $300 discount to the referee (rules apply) upon registration. This is a one-time selection for all future referrals and is not changeable once specified.
All payments made through payroll will be subject to REE’s Payroll practices and policies and subject to any deductions required by law.
Rewards are tracked using the Member’s custom referral URL link, which is provided when registering. The Member can share their URL in any form. When a referee uses the link, the Member’s name is tagged to the file.
Once the referee is consulted with and confirmed as a qualifying client, the system will update to “Qualified” for notification purposes to the Member.
The referee must sign a CSA and complete payment for REE’s services before a reward is deemed Approved.
Referral rewards are considered earned for payment when the referee qualifies for services with REE Medical, pays for services in total, and after a 30-day waiting period and no refunds are issued.
Example: If a referee qualifies on 01/05/2025, signs the CSA and pays in full on 01/15/2025, the referral reward is eligible after 30 days (02/14/2025) pending no refunds.
If a referee is on a payment plan, the reward is not considered earned until all payments are collected plus the 30-day waiting period.
To qualify, the referral must pay for services within six months of contacting REE Medical.
Referrals made before March 10, 2023, are not eligible unless reviewed and approved by REE Medical.
There is no limit to the number of rewards a Member can earn.

Compliance
The Referral Program is owned and operated by REE Medical’s Marketing Department. All disputes or questions should be directed to them.
Referral rewards must comply with all applicable laws and regulations:

Members are subject to routine monitoring by Compliance, HR, and Marketing to ensure legal and policy compliance. Violations will be addressed with the Member and their supervisor.
All REE Medical employees can report potential violations via designated reporting mechanisms and are obligated to report suspected fraud or misuse immediately.
Violations will result in immediate termination from the program and potential disciplinary action, including employment termination.
Members must adhere to REE compliance standards and avoid:
Fraudulent
Misleading
Deceptive activities
Clear and accurate communication is required. Members cannot imply guaranteed outcomes.
Only approved language or visuals from Marketing/Compliance may be used.
General Terms
Members on an extended leave will not receive rewards until they return. If they do not return, earned rewards are paid with the final paycheck.
If a Member transfers to a non-eligible role, they will still receive earned rewards according to the payout schedule.
Upon separation from REE Medical, all earned rewards will be paid according to applicable laws and the Program Rewards section.
Separated employees may opt into REE’s standard public referral program.
REE Medical may revise this program and its structure at any time. The program may be altered or discontinued at the company’s sole discretion.
REE Medical has full discretion in interpreting program terms, reward eligibility, and payment determination.

Compliance with VA Regulations: REE Medical does not provide medical or legal advice. All determinations are made by the VA, and no provider-patient relationship is established.

Can I refer family or friends? Yes, but all referrals must meet the program’s eligibility criteria and timelines to qualify.
What happens if my referral forgets to use my link or mention my name? Unfortunately, the referral will not qualify for a reward unless this information is provided during their initial sign-up.

I referred a veteran, but they haven’t paid for services yet. Do I still qualify for payment? No, rewards are issued only after the referral qualifies, fully pays for services, and after a 30 day waiting period when no refunds are issued.
