Success Rates Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, please note that individual outcomes may vary. REE Medical’s success rate for clients receiving a disability rating increase from the VA should not be considered a guarantee of specific results for any particular case. The statistics provided are intended to reflect the experiences of REE Medical clients through 2024, who reported the VA’s decision on their rating review claim while utilizing the medical documentation provided by REE Medical’s neutral third-party physicians. These statistics do not encompass the entire range of client outcomes and are not representative of all individuals who engage with our services.

It is important to understand that each disability claim is unique, and numerous factors contribute to the VA’s decision-making process. While REE Medical endeavors to provide comprehensive support and accurate medical documentation, the ultimate determination of disability ratings rests with the VA.

We encourage all individuals seeking disability rating increases to consult with qualified professionals and make informed decisions based on their specific circumstances. The information provided should not be construed as legal or professional advice, and we recommend seeking guidance from appropriate legal and medical professionals when pursuing disability claims.

Please be aware that the use of these statistics does not imply any endorsement or approval by the VA or any other governmental organization. Any statements made regarding success rates or rating increases are solely based on our internal data analysis and should not be interpreted as official endorsements or guarantees. By accessing or utilizing this information, you acknowledge that REE Medical assumes no liability for any reliance placed on these statistics or any consequences that may arise from such reliance. Your individual outcomes may vary, and we strongly advise seeking independent professional advice before making any decisions related to disability claims.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The Marketing Department is responsible for handling any disputes or clarifying any misinterpretations related to the Referral Program. To participate, individuals must use a valid email address when signing up through the Referral Rock platform. REE Medical reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this program at any time without prior notice. While REE Medical will make a reasonable effort to inform participants of any changes and their effective date, continued participation in the program implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Non-employees who receive referral rewards are responsible for understanding and meeting any applicable federal and state tax obligations. To be eligible for the $300 gift card reward, referrals must meet the qualification criteria and complete the sign-up process. It is not required to be a REE Medical client to participate in the program. This offer may not be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Additionally, referrals must sign up within six months of first contacting REE Medical.

The Referral Program officially began on March 10, 2023. Referrals made prior to this date are not eligible for rewards unless reviewed and approved by REE Medical on a case-by-case basis. There is no limit to the number of rewards a participant can earn for individuals who successfully enroll in REE Medical’s services. Those interested in referring a larger number of individuals are encouraged to contact [email protected] for information about joining our Brand Ambassador Program.

To receive a reward, referred individuals must register through Referral Rock and either use the referring party’s custom link or mention their name before signing up for REE Medical’s services.

The Referral Program is designed to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. By participating, individuals agree to act in accordance with those laws as well as the policies and procedures outlined by the organization. REE Medical will regularly audit the program to ensure ongoing compliance.

Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to participate. Participants must refrain from engaging in any behavior that could be considered fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive while promoting the program. Reporting mechanisms will be made available to all participants, allowing them to raise concerns or report potential violations of the program’s guidelines.

REE Medical will maintain detailed records of all referrals and incentive payments, including referral dates, verification of eligibility, and payment history. These records will be reviewed to identify any patterns that may suggest noncompliance.

Participants should be aware that incentive payments received through the program may have tax implications. It is their responsibility to complying with all applicable tax laws. REE Medical may be required to report these payments to tax authorities and, in some cases, withhold taxes in accordance with the law. Participants are strongly encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional to ensure they meet all tax reporting obligations. The organization will maintain accurate records of all payments for tax reporting purposes.
