I did the expedited review, started February 19th, documents came back faster than the original 45 days. Submitted to the VA and had my claim completed by April 1st! Was increased from 90 to 100%!!! I now have a rating of 100% Heidi ALWAYS returned my calls and never once "left me hanging", If not that day or early the next day Heidi was there for me. Several times I was extremely frustrated with the whole with the whole process, but Heidi was a morale booster and keep me going. I have been going back and forth with the VA for almost 7 years because of exposure to Agent Orange in Viet Nam (2 tours !965 to 1966 and again in 1968 t0 1969) After i contacted REE Medical they helped me with the paperwork and guided me thru the process, Heidi was with me every step of the way.
