After the rating decision is made, Veterans are supported by REEcap, they receive guidance to understand ratings, next steps, and additional benefits available to them.

Strategic Opportunity: Employers who hire qualified Veterans may be eligible for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), a federal tax credit of up to $9,600 per eligible Veteran hire. This credit can be used to reimburse or self-fund the BRAVE Program, creating a cost-neutral or cost-positive benefit investment.
